Went there as a first-time gun buyer and the sales rep I worked with was awesome! He answered all my questions, helped me find the right firearm for my needs, and showed me all the options I had (not just the most expensive!) his name was Dylan Pautler. The environment was great and would 100% recommend going here to anyone looking to get into firearms as a hobby, training, etc.

Best of the best shooting range that we’ve been to while visiting the NH. Everything is spot on new with nice exiting people, everything just makes sense. There was a guy named Jay from Tennessee who helped us at the counter etc. You could just feel his energie and excitement about the guns we rented. Definitely go here and ask for Jay!

Went there for my first indoor range session with my fiancée. My fiancée doesn't have much shooting experience and I had never shot indoors. I was highly impressed. The welcoming atmosphere from the counter staff to the range officer giving my fiancée a free entry-level shooting lesson was phenomenal. Highly recommend. I will be back, and I live over an hour away. Made for a great date night. Thank you!

White birch helped me during the process of buying and shooting my first gun!!! They have a dedicated, wonderful group of people working there who are willing to help you regardless of your level of skill and understanding of firearms. I never once felt intimidated by the staff, they were very warm, welcoming and knowledgeable! The range of selection of fire arms to purchase as well as to rent awas phenomenal, better than any place i had walked into previously. They even encouraged myself and my friend i brought along to come back if we needed any help or had questions and they were excited to see our progress! I also happened to arrive during a moment where they had a brief low level emergency in the range and within seconds 6 people had stepped in to help and that also helped me feel extremely safe! I want to give an extra special thanks to Jay who sat with me in the range for about 10-15 minutes and helped me feel comfortable holding and shooting. And to Tom M. Who did the same for my friend!! These workers are absolutely phenomenal and went WAY out of their way to ensure we had the best experience. I genuinely cant thank white birch enough for their kindness, warmth and dedication to their customers. If you’re looking at shooting or buying your first gun (or any circumstance for that matter) i highly suggest checking them out! Thanks white birch we will definitely be back!
