Tactical Shit

BEWARE! I have two orders placed with this company, both stating 7-14 days delivery. It has been almost a month now. I was told by customer service rep Rachel that my ammo was set to ship last Friday, it did not. But yet they are saying on the website that its back in stock and ready to ship.... I feel like I'm being blown off. I have tried to contact them again with no reply. LOOK HERE PAL, I HAVE EMAILED YOU DIRECTLY WITH NO RESPONSE, I AM MOST CERTAINLY A "REAL CUSTOMER " AND YOUR SERVICES ARE TERRIBLE. I JUST EMAILED YOU AGAIN WITH THE ORDER NUMBERS ONCE AGAIN. Here are the order #s once again (just to prove I'm real) 120426434 ordered the 6th of July. 120426569 ordered the 10th of July.

Purchased from this company multiple times. Their customer service responds quickly and is always polite. They make you aware in advance when an item is on backorder before you purchase. I would recommend them anytime.

I shop here fairly frequently and the customer service is always excellent and way better than other small stores. Being a female, I am usually intimidated to shop at stores where it is mostly for men, but I have found the staff to be polite, friendly and respectful. I usually always go in with a gift list for my husband or son and I simply hand the list to any of the guys behind the counter and they get what is on the list. Sometimes they have recommendations on what would be a better product(great that the price is rarely more than the original) and are really knowledgable about their products. Great place. Lots of stuff. Great staff!

Absolutely terrible. It’s been 3 weeks an no shipping or tracking info sent. Left 3 voicemails, no one reached out. Will not receive my business again. Judging by the plethora of comments, do not do business with them. Worse than optics planet by far. Fair warning, do not order from this site. 0/10 no stars awarded, business won’t survive long.

A little late to post a review, but had an overall good experience. Huge shout out to Alex specifically. Back on the tailend of Covid, i ordered a scout 14.5 upper w/ bcg. I honestly cannot remember the company( combo special at the time) I went that way as the bravo company combo was out of stock. I was forewarned about shipping delays, so expected. Flash forward 2.5 months, I reached out to Alex with my order number and such. Very quick reply, apologizing as that company had over sold their stock, and my order had been overlooked. Alex sent me a link to a look at a bravo company 14.5 upper as a potential replacement. I mentioned i had ordered a combo, and Alex said he was throwing in a Tactical Shit bcg in the upper. I understand things happen, especially during the shipping nightmare of Covid. Huge shout out to Alex for going above and beyond to make things right.
