Had Ashton assist me with a less than pleasant email sent on my part. Not only was Ashton courteous, professional and accommodating- the man was exceptionally fast in resolving my issue. The man has the patience of a saint and the collected persona of a ER surgeon. Ashton delivered a level of professionalism so high it's made me rethink what the word even means in my own profession. That's not sarcasm, the guy was that great. Ashton shouldn't just be in charge of customer service at PA, but over a consultation firm reworking the very fabric of customer service nation wide. Again, not a joke. I hope whoever is in charge of his department reads this review and gives him a raise. Or at least a a couple extra PTO days for boosting the overall rating at PA. Don't settle for a pizza party Ashton, you know what you're worth. I will most certainly bring more of my business, and recommendations to friends, to Primary specifically because of him.

Update: was here 4 months ago and was met with an extremely long wait just to pick up and now after giving them a second try with a transfer I can honestly say that nothing has changed. You’ll still wait and watch the hair on your arms grow faster than they work to get anything done. There will be no line at the windows just people waiting in the chairs and you waiting against the wall while they look at their computer screens at what I can only assume is a timer of when to help the next person. I had hopes that things would be better but this is where hopes and dreams go to die. You’ll definitely have plenty of time sitting there to reconsider your life choices. Definitely won’t be using them for anything again. I’m not sure how these other reviews praise the fast shipping or pick up because it’s anything but fast, quick, swift, or timely. Paint dries faster which I don’t understand, there is no store front or showroom its literally just for order pick ups and yet you’ll stand there looking at the walls for 30-45 minutes before they even call you to the window they could at least provide more than 5 chairs since you’re almost guaranteed to be waiting there behind the several other people who are waiting. Even an item they had in stock took over a week for them to call and have it ready for pickup.

Great guys i usually buy online and have stuff shipped unless FFL transfer or i NEED it asap. They have open box and discounted stuff in the pick up room, not really a show room, mostly people picking up orders or doing transfers

Expect nothing less than Tier 1 products and service from this TX-based company! They offer a lot, but their PA products are top-notch for the price. Their customer service is hard to beat. They went above and beyond to help me solve an issue with one of my orders, which has made me a repeat customer. And your orders are fulfilled quickly. Absolutely love these guys!

Shopping online was super easy! Tells you if stuff is in stock and out of stock and gives you option to get notified when in stock. Im down the road from them so i did in store pickup. Had an FFL item and the process was explained to me in detail once I got there by a representative. Went through the process smoothly and was out the door with my order! Will be order from here more often!
