I was a long term customer, who spent lots of hard earned money at Powder Valley. Personally, I think that their problem is that they have gotten too big for their britches. In the past, shipping was fast (two days to me), and customer service was excellent. Not long ago, I ordered over $600 worth of items from Powder Valley. Real quick, I got an email saying my order was complete, yet it had not even shipped yet. They immediately charged my credit card for the full amount. Two items did ship soon after, but not the majority. Rather than shipping the remainder of the order from their Kansas location, they claimed they shipped it from Memphis. They tried to blame the delay on the weather. The orders eventually arrived from Las Vegas, long after the weather had cleared. I got the impression they simply did not care about me as a customer. Therefore, I will never do business with Powder Valley again. Their competitors care more about customers.

Great company and will go out of there way to make you a returning customer. Can't say the process was easy, being USPS is absolutely awful. Id spend whatever extra to just get it sent ups, or FedEx. Bill Clinton really made the difference. He assisted me the whole time dealing with USPS. And was willing to ship me another overnight so that I didn't have to go without. I'd buy from them again and plan on making another order soon being for some reloading supplies. Thanks Bill your the GOAT!
