Outdoor Limited

Sterling 9x19mm luger FMJ and I've tried it in 6 different platforms and have yet to fire 5 rounds with a malfunction. I tried to contact Outdoor Limited and they promptly sent me a link to their policy which essentially says "we didn't make it, its not our problem, you have to follow up on your own with the manufacturer" Ok Sterling is Turkish ammo, I emailed, I called- nothing and Outdoor Limited is unwilling to help with the remaining 900 plus rounds. I will never do business with them again and would caution others to reconsider. Update- Sterling has agreed to refund my money but needs to do it through the supply chain and Outdoor limited is only offering to refund half of the value of whatever I send back, so I only have hazmat fees plus shipping for a 50% refund? If it sounds like I've been robbed, I have. Update part 2 LOL they comment, please email us so we can help... See above and listen to Cody on the voicemail. If you have changed your mind and now want to offer a full refund or even FULL in store credit then call me, you have my information.

Isn’t it weird that multiple people have issues with shipping, missing items, and horrible quality ammo? I did too. Starting to think they are the problem and that’s why they don’t help. Especially when multiple different sites, comments and reviews STATE THE EXACT ISSUE from different people. Stay away from these people as much as you can. Cody, the manager is rude and has no care for his customers. Whatever happened to customer service, especially when there is documentation of everything involved in the situation? Cheap ammo, but it’s cheap for a reason. Stay away. Go with a company that’s willing to help and provide adequate answers and service and QUALITY in everything they do.

I have been ordering bulk ammo from all over the country. I had no idea we had bulk access here in NC. My order was picked within 2 hours of them opening on Monday morning. Only two days later and I received my ammo. Total of 52 hours to pick, ship and deliver. Free shipping and equal or better pricing than other vendors. Very satisfied.

I have ordered from outdoor limited twice now and my order is always great. No issues and they have some of the cheapest ammo prices on the internet. I ordered 600+ rounds of different caliber and its packaged well. Also, my order came in literally 2 days from the day i ordered it. My only issue and the reason i gave them 4 stars is because they didn't send me any type of email stating that one of the items i purchased was not available and i would only receive 1 box of it. So i got 1 box expected 2. Regardless of that, i highly recommend shopping here.

Okay. So I see all the bad reviews for slow shipping. Yes they sat on my order for 7 days after I ordered, however in case people don't recall "they are giving us free shipping" yes free and I'm sure they are crazy busy. I'm all about price point so free shipping goes a long way, on top of their lowest prices that I could find. Order was correct, and packaged really well. Outdoor limited has earned my trust even with slower free shipping. I will order from them again. Great job guys!👏👏
