First I wish I got the name of the gentleman working the archery counter today. Great guy extremely helpful! He was very busy but was able to get to everyone as soon as he could. He needs some help back there. That was the great part. Now unfortunately the bad. The folks at the check out counter were not very friendly. I attempted to make small talk and just trying to be polite. I was the only one that needed to be waited on. So there wasn’t a large group of people waiting to be waited on, in fact there was no one behind me. Since I was from out of town and drove 90 minutes to get to the Louisville store, which the lady at the register didn’t know that, I figured there would be a little bit more back and forth small talk. Basically the extent of the conversation was, “ this all?” “Your total is $$$.” “Thanks.” Not have a good day or thanks for coming etc. kinda disappointed at that part. Even when I called that morning to check and see if the product I was looking for was in stock, since it’s near impossible to find, the young lady at the call center was amazing! Extremely helpful and even called the Louisville store to make sure they had the product since I was driving 90 minutes to get it. Overall experience was great. Just wish the check out portion was up to par as the rest of my interactions.

I drive 50 miles and it’s now the only place I’ll buy anything. Selection is a10, availablilty is 10, I can check on website to see if it’s in stock before I make a trip, they will always have the lowest prices, and the staff is great , all of them. I’m not getting paid for any of this info . And staff is very knowledgeable and professional. Visit them one time, promise you will be more than satisfied.

Everything you could possibly want even if you didn't know you needed it! Great store extremely helpful and knowledgeable was Nixon. Going to buy my next AR on his guidance for the best all around deal for me.

Extensive choice and selections of firearms, ammo and accessories. They have the largest inventory in the area. The employees have always been friendly and very helpful every single time I went. Good advice, never pushy of what to buy. It can get busy but their ticket number system helps. I suggest signing up to their email so you don't miss any special deals.
