Global Ordnance

I had an excellent experience with Global Ordnance. They assisted me with purchasing a new rifle after an incident with an old firearm. Customer service was extremely responsive and helpful in resolving any concerns I had.

I have ordered from Global in the past with no issues. This time, however, the shipment went missing (not Global’s fault) but their customer service stepped up and got the issue resolved very quickly. Many thanks to Brian for his efforts and communications in getting this issue sorted!

Customer service never answers emails and theyll cancel/partially refund an order without telling you, wasting your time and defeating the purpose of a large order to save on shipping. There will also be partial shipments and no tracking or updates via email. This website is trash.

I bought a Stribog SP9 A1 and it came with a damaged thread on the muzzle. I asked if this could be repaired and was sent an expedited shipping label at no charge with less than a week turn around on the repair. No hassle, courteous and committed to doing right by their customers. I would absolutely not hesitate to do business with these guys! Thanks Brian for your excellent customer service!

Wanted to give Jordan Sprad a shout out for the outstanding customer service.
