My Experience with Your Store I purchased a firearm from your store four days ago without any issues. Today, when attempting to purchase another, I was told I had to face another delay. As a Black African-American male with a clean background, this situation feels deeply unfair and discriminatory especially when I have personally seen white customers come in and leave with their purchases in minutes. Racism whether intentional or systemic has no place in business, and the treatment I received today raises serious concerns. As customers, we deserve equality and respect, and what I experienced does not reflect that. Thank you for the experience, but I will not be returning to your store. Racism is taught, and it must stop. If employees do not enjoy serving all customers equally, they should not be in this line of work.

Dave was awesome. Super helpful and knowledgeable, i didnt know anything about Erie because im from primary saltwater in NJ and was on vacation, and he showed me some awesome pictures and gave great advice on what to use and where. 10/10 service, if youre in the area, stop in, their prices are super low compared to walmart or the other big chain stores. The staff here make it easy to learn about guns and ammunition types. As a new enthusiast, it was excellent to get amazing service and helpful explanations to help me make my purchases. I not only found exactly what I came for, I left with more knowledge as well. Im excited to come back the next time. Thanks you guys! Edit: I've now purchased in store and done transfers theough this location, and both times were a very pleasant experience. =)

Very nice and helpful staff. Patient and informative. Great place to browse or shop for a variety of camping, fishing, and other outside sports and, of course, a huge variety of firearms.

I don't know how they do it, but they always have the best prices for firearms. They also price match, which is awesome, and the rebates they offer through the manufacturer or in-store are just impossible to say no to. Best-in-class service, friendly, quick, and effective. The only place I truly recommend is a large store for outdoor adventure products in Ohio. Way! WAY! It's better than Bass Pro or Cabelas. The two nicest guys at the counter have helped me during the last few visits (Joe and I forgot the gentleman's name, but he us tall and has a large, light beard). They have even gone above and beyond, looking for very specific and rare parts that weren't available and giving me online examples of which maker to get them from. I will always be back!
