I originally ordered a barrel from EuroOptic and the manufacturer mislabeled the box. I corresponded with Nat, initially, and he very quickly arranged for the return. That went flawlessly. Next, I spoke to Wes and told him I'd like to order a firearm and put the barrel refund towards that. He fixed me up in short order and transferred me to Michael who completed my new order. Within a few minutes, Michael sent me an email with the detailed transaction. The customer service I received was exceptional! I'll order a new scope from them for my rifle build as soon as my funds build up a little more.

Stopped by the store today with my wife/hunting partner. We were looking for boots for an upcoming elk hunt in Colorado. They had a great selection of men's and women's top end boots. We tried several brands, settled on Crispi. Kathleen was a big help, she definitely went out of her way for us. EuroOptic has everything for your outdoor needs.

Good price not bad shipping cost. Order filled and shipped very, very quickly. Package was delayed by ups for 4 days in 1 city. Received package, lifted box and heard the sound of brass clicking together. Opened it and all the packaging was on the bottom, none on the sides or top of the bricks of ammo. Both large boxes destroyed and some of the smaller ones as well, also loose ammo throughout the box. Pics provided. ...CUSTOMER SERVICE... contacted me very quickly with concern over this issue.. They offered a few ideas on how to rectify the problem. A solution was reached and I was very impressed with their effort to ensure costumer satisfaction.👍
