This store is a joke. Twice now they let me order items, pay the higher shipping, and then canceled a large part of the order because the items are not available. They then take about a week to refund the money to my credit card. Classic bait and switch type tactics, with the added bonus of having my money tied up for a longer period of time then necessary. Avoid them.

This business has no viable customer service. Multiple attempts to contact them concerning a missing item went unanswered. do not be fooled by the customer service recordings. they do not return calls, emails or messages left for threir attention. I gave them a one star rating because the site would not accept a zero star rating. one more star than deserved for their Customer Service.

Easily 10/10 storefront. Have ordered from them online but finally got a chance to go in today. Ian was tremendously helpful let me check out multiple Kershaws until I made my decision. Will definitely be coming back more and more. Thanks Guys!!

Super reliable and clean shooting! I’ve gone through about 500 rounds so far without a single misfire or feeding issue. It burns clean, so my post-range cleanup is minimal. Accuracy is consistent, and it works flawlessly across all my pistols. Great value for the quality. This is definitely my new preferred choice for range days and practice sessions.

I had previously purchased a battery from their website, but upon receiving the delivery, I realized that the battery was dead. I emailed and called them, and their staff promised to provide me with a solution after understanding the situation. After a week of coordination and communication, they decided to resend me a new battery, and I recognize their positive attitude in solving the problem, they do care about their customers and reputation about their business. The employees are very nice and friendly. I’ll be back and place some more orders.
