Bear Creek Arsenal

I've ordered several compleat uppers from them in different caliber's. I've never had an issue with any of them I think as far as being able to order a complete upper at the price that they offer you can't beat them. You can order on Monday and be at the range that weekend. Especially if your just starting out or if you don't have 1000 dollars to spend that's where I'd start out..

Purchased a side charging upper on the website. Sent the wrong handguard. Figured I'd just accept it and deal with it. Then this happened after 10 rounds. Still have not heard back from customer service regarding this. If I do I will update this review. But with my experience so far, my advice is to stay away.

Redoing the whole review because it was too long and i have more updates tldr took i think about 8 days too process then not long too get here so shipping was fast the online text support was rude and short the on phone tech was nice and informative so call them if you need help barrel has just arrived with chips out of the feeding ramp and burs and deep marks all over tested with dummy rounds and they cycle normally so far will update after i take a trip too the range here are pics for proof as it stands i would prolly go for something higher quality as the hassle to even get info on your product is no fun and it comes too your door looking as in the pics if that quality is up too your standards then go for it cus it is cheep hopefully it will shoot

Outstanding.ordered on a Thursday and received following saturday.got tired of my bearcreek arsenal 18" 7.62x39 outshooting all my 5.56's.took new barrel to range today and got fantastic groups with all kinds of ammo.this is the fourth bearcreek that I own.

Let me start by saying I was extremely disappointed in a company who were not even at fault. I was told these BCA binoculars were top notch. When they failed( which happens ) I reached out to have them repaired. The company rep told me no because I did not have a receipt. I was angry so I left a poor review. Later they responded to the review and pointed out these were not even a BCA product! So it appears the sales person praised the quality of a product to sale it that wasn’t even the actual product. Bear Creek Arsenal vs Bear Creek! Interesting!!!!! I will there fore be changing my review score to reflect an improper review on my part!!! As a consumer customer service is very important to me. The old saying the cream rises to the top is proven time after time . That being said Bear Creek Arsenal is a one star or less company. Several years ago I was given a pair of 10x42 binoculars for a Christmas gift. At the time I was very happy with them. This hunting season I noticed the images would not line up. As if they were out of alignment. No problem I thought. I was told they were reputable company and their binoculars had a life time warranty. I reached out to them to have services and was told I needed a receipt of purchase . I explained that they were a gift and did not have a receipt. No receipt no warranty repair. Of….. you got me there. All gifts must now have the re kept attached to them!… how stupid! I responded in the email that the bottom line was I wanted them repaired. The gift giver is no longer with me! Because they have sentimental importance I’d pay to have them repaired. Crickets!!!!! Guess they closed the ticket out and blew me off. To anyone considering purchasing BCA it would be my suggestion that you seek another company for your needs. Thomas A Price
