beautiful store which faced the mountains. a smaller bass pro that what i’ve been to but still had everything i needed. staff were friendly and willing to help.

This is a hard review because I love the store, but I don’t like the new booth that is selling timeshare retreats. You pay 199 for a 3 night package. You have to listen to a 5 hour lecture once you’re there. This is where it gets ugly. When you pay in store for the test retreat, they say no longer than a 2 hour lecture when you arrive at your hotel or resort. When you go to book your room online, it says a 5 hour lecture to listen to someone tell you about a resort package. Who’s not telling the truth? Then you look up some of these so called resorts and they have 3 stars and bad reviews, when you were told in store they are 4-5 star resorts. I would recommend taking out the sales team for Hilton in the store and stick to what you do best, the love of the outdoors. This has left a bad taste and I will most likely do my outdoor shopping at sportsman’s warehouse. Fix this Bass Pro Shops and I’ll change my mind. Wish you actually cared.

I had a great experience at the Bass Pro Shop in Farmington, which I believe was formerly Cabelas. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and helpful. Ms. Jamie at customer service was outstanding. She made the return process for a wrist release quick and easy, and even took the time to share some helpful local tips, including off roading spots up the mountain that faces the storefront. Her kindness and knowledge really stood out. At checkout, Ms. Kathy was just as professional. She was polite, patient, and answered all our last minute questions about how the credit card rewards compare to the regular store rewards. It was a smooth and positive interaction that made us feel well taken care of. The only issue during our visit was with the archery department. Unfortunately, there was no one available to assist us. My son and I recently bought our bows from Bass Pro about two weeks ago, and we came in hoping to try out a new wrist release and confirm that my draw length was correct before buying new arrows. We were also looking forward to using the indoor range to adjust our sights. Since we are both new to archery, having some guidance would have made a big difference. In fairness, I could have called ahead to check if someone would be available in the archery section. That part is on me. Still, I assumed there would be staff present during normal hours, especially in a specialized department like that. Despite that, I will definitely be coming back. The store is well organized, the staff we did interact with were fantastic, and I really appreciate the designated parking for military personnel. It is a small but meaningful gesture that does not go unnoticed.

I placed an online order with same day pickup, for an entire camping trip. It was ready within a couple hours and packed nicely. But the highlight of this trip was the distinguished gentleman at the credit card offer stand. 1- he did not bombard me with questions as I walked in, thank you. 2- on the way out he helped me load all the supplies in my cart and then talked for a bit about what kind of trip I was going on. He then said “when you get there, take the time to just enjoy it, don’t stress over the little things!” This is exactly what I needed to hear! Excellent service. Excellent people. Excellent prices. Thank you.

Awesome place to visit. They have so much stuff and a scenery too. I didn't expect that the whole family would have fun there.
