AR15 Discounts

Ordered a scope from them on sale. Around $900. Took way too long to process. Received the scope only to be sent an open box with a scope obviously having been mounted in rings. Sent the item for return. Not because I didn’t want the item but AR-15 discounts advertised a new item and sent a used one. Was not asked by AR-15 discounts if there was any solution they could do to remedy the situation just return the item. After they received the item based on ups shipping info I had to contact them to make sure they received the item and was sent a return email saying yes and that it would take 5 more days to process the return. Got the refund finally after several days only to be shorted $32 from my original purchase price. I’ve never dealt with a more frustrating experience in my life. Would not recommend anyone purchase anything from this company even if they have good prices. If they have had such a hard time with this single transaction I can’t imagine how their business stays afloat. Good luck and don’t use AR-15 discounts.

It's such a shame when you have a company that could be so successful but chooses to have terrible people running things. I spent thousands of dollars a month on firearms and parts, and have attempted to purchase from them probably a dozen times but it's either their codes don't work or its a credit card debit card issue. everyone I work with refuses to buy anything from the website because their cards never work. I attempted it today with my debit card and another card that I have and each time and code set came up and said I'm using the wrong security code. What?? Lol. You guys are a Joke. I went over to Battle hawk and my card worked on their website and I was done within minutes. $667 they lost. Which is small, but when there is a whole reddit forum dedicated to this terribly ran website, you know it's a ton of money they are losing each minute.

Purchased a parts kit through their site. When it arrived, it was missing a small common screw. I sent them an email to let them know and went to Amazon to find the same screw for a few bucks. I received a personal call from customer service apologizing for the missing part and delay, and they even offered to make it right beyond necessary. It’s rare large companies still personally CALL customers to make things right.

AR15 Discounts has excellent prices and reasonable shipping times. They could however do a lot better job when it comes to customer service. I had an issue with a defective part and it took some effort in order to get it swapped out. The most frustrating thing is that there is no customer service phone number so you have to e-mail or live chat for assistance. This wouldn't be such a problem if the person that you live chat with could actually help you resolve your issue. They have to turn it over to another party via e-mail to review your request.

Good prices but Customer Service is a JOKE! You are better off paying a slightly higher price from a reputable company that takes care of it's customers if there is an issue with a product. Notice that there is no phone number to contact a person anywhere (This is a very bad sign). They will put you on a live chat with a person that has no power what so ever to resolve your problem all they will do is send you link after link to fill out forms or request call backs that never happen. I can honestly say that in over 15 years of building custom rifles for customers and family members dealing with AR Discounts was by far one of the worst customer service experiences that I've every witnessed. Not sure who is running this operation but somebody needs to be fired and new leadership installed before this company goes belly up.
