Alamo Ammo

Drove all the way to be told the owner is in back but he was just too busy. Told to go to website instead. But the website didn't have it, so that's why I drove out there?? Oh well. It's a mess in there. About 2ft of floor for the customer to stand. Stuff just stacked. Everywhere. Good prices though. 100% for sure.

Fedex requires signature - 5 days late so far. Tired of waiting. Never buying from Alamo again. Update: Alamo is correct. This is a Fedex error and should not reflect on Alamo. I should have made that clear. Im angry because I have had Fedex foul-ups in the past. Never with UPS or USPS. I am hoping Alamo will switch shippers. I called Fedex to ask them if they could have their finsl delivery person call me half hour before arriving. Ammo delivery requires signature and there is a no return policy. Fedex customer service sucked worse than delivery. Went through 2 reps and just got hung up on. They didnt want to be told they needed to call me prior delivery. Im sorry Alamo, but I cant do this again. Im done with Fedex.

This is my new go-to for ammunition! I came across Alamo Ammo through ammo finder and liked their prices and recent reviews. I did a test order and received items promptly, and there were no issues with stock. I immediately placed a second larger order and received it even quicker than the first order. I have recommended Alamo Ammo to all of my friends, and as long as they continue to deliver, I will be a customer for life. Thanks guys, keep it up!

Got my order confirmation on the 21st of September got my order at my front door on the 25th. They had it shipped out the next day after I ordered it took about a week 5 days to get to my house. I will be ordering from them again. I accidentally ordered twice and they were quick to reply to cancel one of the orders. This is relatively cheap compared to other sites price gouging even more then what you see on Alamo ammo. Thanks for the good service

Ordered ammo 2 weeks ago with no update so far. Website just shows the order as processing. No response from e-mail and they will not answer the phone. I know things are very busy, but I will have to get my money back from my credit card if they won’t ship my order or respond. Update: Finally talked to Mark in the last week and he was very helpful and good to deal with. He apologized for being behind and said it was due to the huge increase in demand, which is understandable. On the other hand, my order was supposed to have been all in stock and was not. Also I’m not sure if I would have gotten as much help without leaving a bad review and disputing the charge with my credit card. Received everything ordered, just took 3 weeks and some hassle.
