I’ve been a loyal customer of this company for a while now and never had a reason to complain, until they showed their true colors. A recent package included a voucher or some sort of perk. I can’t remember the exact offer, but I do remember it was worth holding onto. I misplaced it and reached out hoping they could verify what it was and help me recover it. I sent multiple emails. No reply. Left a voicemail. Nothing. When I finally got someone on the phone, the response was cold, dismissive, and flat out unhelpful. No attempt to check my history. No willingness to even hear me out. Just a robotic “we don’t do that” and the call was done. I wasn’t asking for a handout. I was asking for basic customer service. If this is how they treat paying customers who have supported them repeatedly, then I’m done supporting them. There are too many ammo suppliers out there to waste time on one that can’t be bothered to care. You only need to get burned once to realize where your business isn’t valued.

Was sent 3 boxes of corroded ammo, contact them, the 3rd attempt was told they would have a solution for me by the end of the day, after two more weeks there still was no solution and no longer could reach someone. Be very cautious if you choose to buy from them, you might be the next one they do it to!

I purchased a 300rd case new of 9mm 115gr FMJ and 500 rounds of .22 Fiocchi. The shipping was quick, I received it in two days. The ordering process was simple and the price was reasonable. I look forward to firing these rounds. Will definitely recommend 2A warehouse to all my friends and family. Thanks again.

Fast shipping and overall good ammunition. I received one cartridge that had a pretty good ding in the case, but I also received 601 cartridges, so that made up for the dented cartridge. I actually examined every shell because I was loading them into 10 round stripper clips that I purchased from eBay. Very satisfied with the ammo, it was all clean brass. Price point was very reasonable. .223/5.56 ammunition - mixed brand casings.

I ordered two - 500 round cans of Capital 9MM 115GR FMJ - NEW Brass Plated Steel Case. from 2A Warehouse. This is their "in-house" brand I think - not sure if they manufacturer it themselves. Price was great, ordering was easy and shipping took a 8 days so not too bad. That's where the good stuff ENDS! I just got around to using it this week and in the first 100 rounds I already had a lot of problems with it jamming or stove-piping and found 9 rounds where the slug was recessed halfway down into the shell casing and another round with the side of the shell was dented. And this was just from a quick look through ONE of the cans. I then looked through all 500 rounds in the next can and found SEVEN (7) defective rounds where the slug was recessed into the case. (see photos) I find it unacceptable. I shoot thousands of rounds a year and have never ONCE seen a "short" round or defective casing and once in a blue moon get a stovepipe or failure to fire. I had high hopes for this ammo and wanted to be a regular customer but now I am thinking twice about it. Seventeen visibly defective rounds out of 1,000 is a bad error rate - and I haven't even shot most of yet. I'm sure there will be more bad rounds if I do.
